Ingredients:
Cut peppers and onions in ¼ by 3 4
inch strips
Saute peppers and onion in olive oil until
soft
Grill chicken (turkey) until lightly brown
(dont overcook or it becomes dry)
Cut meat into ¼ by 3 4 inch strips
Add meat to sauted vegetables in skillet
Cover skillet ingredients with chili powder
(fairly heavy) and stir thoroughly
Heat until all ingredients are quite warm
Move ingredients from the skillet to a bowl
Warm tortillas
Individual prepares their fajita in
