• 1-2 pounds boneless chicken (turkey) breast
  • 1 large red pepper (or yellow)
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 very large white onion
  • 4 – 5 Tbl olive oil (to cover bottom of skillet)
  • chili powder
  • package of 8” flour tortillas
  • bowls of condiments (chopped tomato, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, chopped onion, etc.)
  • Cut peppers and onions in by 3 – 4 inch strips

    Saute peppers and onion in olive oil until soft

    Grill chicken (turkey) until lightly brown (don’t overcook or it becomes dry)

    Cut meat into by 3 – 4 inch strips

    Add meat to sauted vegetables in skillet

    Cover skillet ingredients with chili powder (fairly heavy) and stir thoroughly

    Heat until all ingredients are quite warm

    Move ingredients from the skillet to a bowl

    Warm tortillas

     Individual prepares their fajita in tortilla from ingredients and condiments
