Grilled Marinated Kingfish
 

Combine:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbl ketchup
  • 2 Tbl oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ Tea oregano
  • ½ Tea pepper
  • 2 Tbl chopped parsley
  • 1 mashed garlic clove
    •

    Marinate one hour

    Place on grill (skin side up) 10 sec.

    Turn over then grill for 10 min. each side
